My wife and I have been stuck in a very bad mortgage deal and have been struggling for several year with our old mortgage company and their predatory leading. In mid June we were told that 1st Alliance had several programs to assist us in getting our mortgage back on track and into a FHA approved loan. Due to us being caught up with one predatory loan company we were very cautions about this. We researched 1st Alliance and found them to be a very solid company from our research and contacted them. 1st Alliance put us in contact with Drew Dombkowski. Drew walked us step be step in the process and was in constant contact thru e-mails or phone calls. Anytime that we had any questions on the process or status of the loan our questions were answered that day. Although there were a few bumps in the road, Drew would reassure us that everything was fine and on track. In the end we were able to get a better rate, placed back into a FHA loan, and full escrow and ensured that they would not be selling our loan to another party. To some that might not mean a lot but being caught up in a predatory loan that was the world to our family. I would recommend 1st Alliance Lending to anyone especially to any family that may feel there is no hope in sight for a better mortgage or you are caught up in predatory leading. Thank you 1st Alliance for taking a chance on us, and thank you Drew for working so hard for me and my family.

1st Alliance provided me with a lifeline. They came along when managing finally as a retiree was a bit of a struggle, but staying on top of making my house payments was never a question. It came first. The staff working with me have been understanding, caring, listeners and clarifiers. They wanted to be sure I understood their offerings and that I felt their service and company could assist me in relieving some of my financial woes. They were right. I am very pleased to have this new relationship with 1st Alliance and that it is with a lending group that also insured that my home insurance and property taxes would be included in my monthly payment and held in escrow for annual or monthly payments. This was not the case in the past. GOD is good and my prayers have been answered. And, 1st Alliance is a key part in my now living stress free. I have gained new friends and supports through this lending institution, even though they are thousands of miles away - but only a phone call or email away. While I know it takes several staff to do their part in getting loans approved for customers, I want to extend a special thank you to my personal team: Steven Cavanaugh, Crystal Bidwell, Rachel Mather and Ashley Cornell.

1st Alliance Lending is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and this last week has proved that once again. I contacted them pretty upset because I had made and error in my checkbook which had thrown everything off and did not know how I was going to make my payment. The lady I first spoke with was nice and she did tell me her name however I was so upset by what I had found out I cannot remember it. She transferred me to her supervisor for assistance. She referred me to Howard. I had dealt with him when I first came to 1st Alliance. I know he had a lot going on but he took the time to help me calmly reevaluate my situation. It turned out I had overlooked ways to have enough money and get the payment made. I was able to accomplish this. Refinancing through 1st Alliance was for me the right choice. Thanks again to Howard and the 1st lady I talked with. In all of my dealings with the different people from 1st Alliance I can truly say they are both very professional and very nice.

Thank Heaven for 1st Alliance!! They have been a God send. The company we were with were a nightmare to deal with. Our payments will be so much lower now which will help tremendously. I worked with Alyssa through most of the process and she was wonderful! Alyssa was kind, patient and always prompt in returning my calls and answered all my questions. Today during the servicing call I spoke with Steve, who provided a lot of information and answered a lot of questions I had about how things would be handled at close, ( i.e.,how the previous lender would be paid, insurance & taxes would be paid ...) Steve answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I was then forwarded over to Howard to confirm if all my questions had been answered and how was the over all experience. I told him that the experience with 1st Alliance had been a good one and I was glad to now be associated with them. Thanks so much for refinancing our home and thanks for all your help! Terrie

I cant say enough good things about 1st Alliance. They have been a blessing in my life. Dave Ashley Howard and the whole team are always there for you, from helping you make timely payments to streamline refinacings. They do it all in a a very professional way well being common everyday people doing there job and helping people keep and maintain the American dream. i was envolved in a very serious semi vs train accident in 2005 and had struggled fincialy with medical bills, the high costs of living, workers compensation and I went through a divorce along the way. 1st Alliance stood by me all the way to get my home refinaced with them and out of a bad mortgage, to doing a streamline refinance and getting my payments affordable. I am now retired and living fincialy secure, I would have never been able to keep my home with out them. thanks for helping keep the American Dream alive, this country needs more people and bussiness like 1st alliance. My experience with 1ST Alliance Lending was extremely gratifying; I have nothing but praise and admiration for them all. They are a team of very qualified, knowledgeable and experienced group of personnel. They conducted themselves in a professional, polite, kind and courteous manner throughout the entire refi process. They were successful in taking my original high interest rated, underwater mortgage balance to a fair interest rated, very low balance. This of course will save me thousands of dollars per year as well as placing my home value back into a positive equity condition. I’d like to take a moment to extend my appreciation to Tim (Submission Coordinator) his guidance and patience was instrumental in the refi process being concluded in a smooth and timely manner. I strongly recommend anyone that has a problem similar, better or worse than mine to contact the 1st Alliance Lending as soon as possible. I guarantee they will be very pleased.

In 2012, after bad experiences with 2 other lenders while trying to work out a mortgage loan modification, 1st Alliance Lending was like a breath of fresh air. Though the loan modification process is long, grueling, and frustrating at best and definitely not for wimps, 1st Alliance made it as painless as they possibly could. Dave Roberts was knowledgable of the process and had answers available for my questions whenever I called. I have found all the 1st Alliance employees I have spoken to on the phone very polite and helpful, particularly Howard Abend. Only three months after closing our modification (and still being in the trial period) my husband passed away. I was unable to make my payment for the following month and 1st Alliance was so kind and willing to work with me. I would highly recommend them as a mortgage lender.

No question was too much trouble, and no email too insignificant. Last year we worked with Alyssa, and she was great. Despite some unforeseen delays beyond her or our control, she was always upbeat and encouraging. She is a credit to the organization. This year, in connection with a refi, we have worked with Casie, who I think might be a clone of Alyssa. When calling her was necessary, I appreciated her quick response which was always in a timely manner. I also appreciated her mannerism. With all the paperwork and procedures needed to complete the application process, it was times that I would get a little annoyed (sorry Alyssa). But people like Alyssa make you check yourself before you answer in a hasty manner. Hearing her voice would always calm you down! 1st Alliance has been great to work with. My husband and I have been with them a few years and they have contacted us twice to see if we would be interested in refinancing with a lower rate. I feel like they are really looking out for the homeowner. A few years ago my husband had lost his job and our original company would not help when we fell a little behind they gave us the number to 1st Alliance and they refinance our house for us. We are right now doing another refinance with them because rates dropped again and this time its a big difference in payment for us. Great company to deal with. Sometimes you do have to stay on your contact person for information or to see where you are or what is the next step but overall I am very happy with the service.

A few years ago they helped us out at an extremely tense, stressful emotional time in our lives, they saved our home. Since then we have been able to refinance twice at a lower interest rate. I had an excellent experience with them. I had read the reviews prior to selecting them and I was NOT disappointed. They helped me accomplish what I set out to do, which was to buy a house in another state, since I was moving for a new job. They were with me every step of the way and always gave me a look forward by explaining the next steps. They communicated at the appropriate times. I felt like they were on top of things and the processes seemed streamlined, yet they were very personable and friendly. I dealt with Nicholas - customer care, Marcin - loan officer, Steve -loan servicing, and Liz - feedback. I also spoke briefly with Bridgett who filled on the rare time that Nicholas was off. I would highly recommend 1st Alliance.

The 1st Alliance team have in hard times been the best thing to happen to this family. We kept our home worked out our financial issues with out losing our dignity or our home. The staff has been very helpful with the system and the processing of paperwork keeping us up to date on the process from beginning to end. We never felt on our own or lost with the paperwork. I cant say enough regarding my friend and 1st Alliance associate Ashley Cornell as she has been with us through the entire process. She takes her time to explain what is needed from you and made us feel empowered to do what was needed. If I have an issue she is there and I know I can call and work things out quickly and easily.

I just want to thank 1st Alliance Lending, LLC for giving my family a chance to begin our new life in our new home. Following a series of significant difficulties: Illness, loss of income and death, we had to make very difficult decisions. These decisions involved taking care of my dying mother and my traumatically brain injured husband or paying the mortgage. I chose to take care of my family. This resulted in us losing our home.
