I had a hellish experience with a home loan company that caused me to lose the purchase on a home. Then I was referred to Sue Mazik with Blue Skye. I am so very thankful I found her!!! She helped me to get the loan and I finally bought my dream house. She was there to help me every step of the way. Unlike the horror story I had experienced before, Sue answered all of my calls or emails, never left me hanging and was there whenever I needed her (and I was a very needy client)!! I think extremely highly of Sue and the whole company as everyone there was so sweet and I never had a problem getting in touch with someone. I will most definitely use only Blue Skye in the future.

Purchased my first home recently and used Geoff Allison with Blue Sky. Great experience. I have already given his number to multiple friends and co workers that are looking to buy. Also after talking to other friends who bought in the same price range, income range and comparable credit scores as myself. I realized how smooth the process went for me compar d to them. Plus Geoff got me a much lower interest rate than other friends I spoke with. Would recommend Geoff, and Blue Sky to anyone looking to buy.

I always get a great rate and, more importantly, I know exactly what mortgage product I am getting and the loan application process is made as smooth as possible. Leslie Swart is amazing to work with and quite literally was the driving force to get our last loan closed on time so that we could move into our new house on schedule. You cannot go wrong with Leslie, Marci, and their team at Blue Skye.

We recently closed a very small mortgage through Blue Skye Lending. Needless to say, the entire six (6) week process was a nightmare of inefficiency and miscommunication on their part. The worst transgression though was the unauthorized charge to my credit card that Blue Skye refused to acknowledge or accept responsibility for committing. Needless to say, I would not recommend Blue Skye Lending for your home mortgage needs.
