If only there were no stars! These attorneys do not carry malpractice insurance so if they screw up you are screwed. This law firm was very un-proffesional. Paul Duggan refused to show hours worked for retainer. Dropped my bankruptcy case with the stipulation that he would negotiate my debt. He refused because I used his wife as my divorce attorney and she was disrespectful, rude, quit right before my final divorce hearing. Paul then refused to negotiate my debt after agreeing to and taking my money. They obviously do not respect client attorney relationship. Chiara Duggan refused to let me read and understand a divorce proposal after I requested it and it was court ordered by the judge that I sign it. This caused my wifes attorney to file a motion to throw out my proposal. This left me at a serious disadvantage. Chiara Duggan would not shut up long enough to let me tell her what happened with my divorce. She was arguementative and interrupted. This led her to jump to conclusions because she did not have all of the facts. Do not trust these people with your life. They bill you 45 minutes to read an email. Then they do not respond to the email. This causes you to ask for a face to face which costs you more money. These attorneys do not carry malpractice insurance so if they screw up you are screwed.

A good lawyer. I had closed the ticker toll road Gender reclassified in just fine with no points. I advise! Scheduled trial for driving on closed road. Got reduction to non moving violation. Great work. Very happy.

Very personable but professional. Mr. Duggan and his staff kept me informed, answered all of my questions and worked with me through this otherwise unpleasant time.
