Never bothered to give anyone a rating before. However, I felt so compelled to say something. My first impression was very poor. Who ever this guy is who answers the phone was of no help and very rude. Said don"t handle cases like mine, and before I was able to ask who you could recommed, he said you need a ....... something attorney,AND hung up on me. I just wanted to know what kind of an attorney he said. If this is how you operate, this is pathetic and I would never recommend your office. What a poor reflection of your office. Find someone who cares about there JOB !!! to answer phones. How RUDE !! Furthermore,after extensively reviewing there practices, YES. They do handle my case type !! AND was elaborating on how their office was the TOP firm to do so. GO FIGURE.

I cannot express my gratitude to the Morris Law Firm enough. I contacted Melinda Morris for assistance in a legal matter in June of 2011. During the first call I felt she was going to help and would be able to solve my issue. After explaining the process of how she could help she provided great detail of the steps that would be taken. Her staff members I spoke to during the process had the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. They were knowledgeable and I never felt I was a burden to them. I was most impressed with use of email to keep me informed when updates occurred and the completion of my request. Melinda, thank you for your help and personal service you provide. I wish you well and many years of a successful practice.

I would like to take a moment and write a short comment. Got myself in bad abusive marriage with malignant narcissist which resulted in me being unfairly charged with domestic battery. Long story short I should have contacted an Attourney right away but I did not. Nonetheless Mr. Shapiro from Morris Law Firm was very knowledgable, responsive and prompt. I doubt if I will ever need and attorney for something like this, but If I do I will definitely come back to them. Lesson learned - always contact an attorney right away.
