The best way for us to describe our experience with Gallagher and Associates starts at the top, with Charles Gallagher, Esquire. He embodies the characteristics that permeate the actions of the law firm’s entire staff- the important “Ps” as we would like to call them… Professional, Personable, Persistent, Patient, Persevering, a Partner, Perceptive, Prescient, Prepared, Purposeful and Plainspoken. Throw in highly Knowledgeable and the package is complete! These traits are hard to find when you are looking for a legal firm. Not here. This office offers passionate, creative decision making that bears results. We sought Gallagher and Associates for help after consulting with attorneys in California and Rhode Island where we have networks of friends in the profession. We could not have been more content with the firm. It is not easy to work with a group of individuals from a long distance. My experience of using this law firm over the past year has been nothing but problems,i had a clear cut case and it seemed as if everyday i encountered more and more frightening incompetence throughout the firm,they leave you hanging in the wind for most of the time there taking there unearned pay that they know they didnt work hard for and dont like to awnser questions of any kind through the mail or phone they also barely return phone calls if it all yet they say there available 24/7? This is a real review from a real ripped off client and not a competitor like they tried to explain away there only other review from someone else they dropped the ball with,be smart and hire a more aggressive,honest and reputable lawyer who fights for there victims rights because that is this firms last priority
