Very pleasant doing business with Mr. Palso & his staff. He explained things to me every step of the way. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to help me out with a workman comp. case. He truly is a dedicated lawyer with a caring personality. He truly wants to help people with their case so the y can understand the law and know what to expect of his firm. My case was a little more complicated than most and he let me know what was going on each step of the way. Professional and communicative with a client is key; he was both.
