My experience with Bruce and Betty was extremely pleasant. Bruce was very easy to get ahold of anytime I had a question or needed an update about my case. I could tell Bruce cared about my case and that it was important to him. He clearly explained all possible outcomes so that I had a very clear understanding of how to proceed and what to expect. Although I didn’t expect my case to go as well as it did. Bruce was able to get my criminal charges dropped completely and my TSA civil penalty fine reduced to a fraction of what was originally assessed. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I had a violation of concealed weapon permit charge in Pinellas County at the Clearwater airport, so not only did Bruce get my criminal charges dropped, he also worked hard to get the civil penalty with the TSA reduced to a much smaller fine. I highly recommend.
