We owe a debt of gratitude to Adam Brittle! Recently I faced a situation regarding property damage to a vehicle that looked like it might need litigation to resolve. Since I was unsure of whether this was the appropriate and/or wise course of action to take, I contacted Adam. He took the time to study the details of my situation, and then carefully advised me of the pros and cons of proceeding with litigation. What we really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure from Adam to retain his professional services; he simply provided us with the information we needed, talked us through the steps that would be required, and then left the decision to us. We decided to go ahead and pursue a legal resolution to the dispute, and we were so impressed with Adam’s handling of our case. In spite of his busy schedule, he moved forward with our case immediately. There was a great deal of antagonism and animosity in the communications from the defendants, but Adam’s contacts with them were completely professional, which we appreciated. He kept us up-to-date on each step he took, answering all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner, and addressing our concerns promptly. We simply could not have been more pleased with his competent advocacy. We won the case and received a very satisfactory settlement, thanks entirely to Adam’s professional expertise. Thank you, Adam! I had a very long and complicated Divorce lasting over 3 years. During the last year a situation out of my control required me to switch Attorneys. Jill Brittle was recommended to me by two people and after my first meeting with her I felt very confident that she could take over with very little delays, which in fact was the case. A divorce can be a very complicated and emotional situation and Jill gave me sound advice based on the law and not just what she thought a client would want to hear. She was very thorough and with her experience included issues that I never would have thought to include in my settlement. My divorce was resolved in a satisfactory manner. As anyone would ask, yes her billing is fair. She returned all calls and email promptly usually the same day. I would strongly recommend that others use Jill, or anyone in her firm, if they need an attorney for a divorce. At this time I am still pending a final payment from my ex husband and she is following this closely until the debt is paid in full. And, when received I will gladly use Jill and her firm to for my estate planning.

Adam and Jill are absolutely THE BEST! They are professional, brilliant, proactive, consistent, and compassionate. They are genuine people who are very good at what they do. After a one hour consultation before going in to see the Judge about an enforcement of parenting time, Sandra M. Faber and Partner for half of the meeting went over everything and more with me. She outlined things in a way that I could understand and then use the information effectively at the courthouse and getting exactly what I was seeking with the Judge. After I locked in a hearing date, I put Sandy on a retainer being as most are...worried about the money going to fast and not directed in important areas only. When I asked Sandy to give me a general idea of her clocked hours in relation to what she had accomplished...a reply was received that day with increments of .4 and .7 not rounded up to the nearest hour for a half hour phone call. I look forward to completing my enforcement of parenting time and custody with her through Brittle & Brittle. I will write another review when all is said and done.

I hired a conrtactor who turned my life upside down. He stole from me and did lousy work. He was eventually convicted of numerous felonies but the court restitution was a joke. The court allowed him to pay me just $9.00 a month. At that rate it would have been twenty years for full settlement, I would be nearly 85 years old. I filed a petition with the court claiming the settlement violated my victim rights under the Oregon Constitution. I was going to represent myself, mistake! I filed for a continuance when the first hearing date arrived. I knew then, I would need legal assistance. I contacted Adam Brittle, when I found out he represents victims of crime. In less then an hour in the court room Adam was able to get me a fair settlement.I will be paid back in two years and finally have the justice I was seeking.

Erin helped me with my divorce from my spouse who was in prison. It was a complicated and lengthy process due to the prison system’s lack of a sense of urgency. Erin navigated the complications of dealing with the prison system efficiently. Erin kept me well informed regarding what documents had been filed on what dates and when wait periods would be up so we could proceed to the next step. Throughout the process, she was very understanding and empathetic to my emotional state and was very encouraging as we worked together to end a painful chapter of my life and move on to brighter days. After being badly burned by another lawyer, I came to Adam and Jill hurt and angry. They were quick to respond and were amazing at trying to fix what the other lawyer had screwed up for me. Unfortunately I found them a little too late and am stuck with a lot things in my divorce that should have been avoided with a trustworthy lawyer. I loved working with them. They were generous and kind and I feel almost that their amount of careful respect for me and my bad situation has made up for a lot of the upset I experienced with my previous one. There ARE great lawyers out there and these are two of them.
