In the 9 years I have been using First Integrity Title, they have managed to consistently exceed my expectations. As both a real estate broker and investor, having a solid and experienced title company is vital to success. The hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by the staff at FITA never fails to impress. A Private User

There are several great title companies working for your business, this is not one of them. Their lack of detail on my closing paper work caused several incorrect amounts to be paid out, which will take months to correct (which they have not begun to process the corrections for). After my closing no one from the company wants to put forth the effort to correct the situation they caused. This is one of the most important transactions in your life, I would not trust it to them to handle.

The short sale department run by Tammy Garamova is bar none the best in the state! As a busy Realtor it is important to sometimes have closings take place at my office. First Integrity will always accomodate my needs and do so seemlessly. I would never consider using another title company.
