Shawn helped me and my family to purchase medical insurance through Covered California, and also to obtain Rental Property Insurance. Shawn explained all the details such that I could understand clearly. He is knowledgeable, patient and polite. He promptly replied to my email and answered my phone calls and followed up my inquiries thoroughly. I have always felt that I am welcome to his office by him and his staff.
