John Colston, where do I even start?! First off, John is a man of God. God’s joy shines through him and you can clearly see that from miles away! Once he gets to know you better, he gives the most caring and unforgettable hug as if he’s saying, “I’m here for you brother/sister, you are loved!” When it comes to John’s daytime job, he is very professional! He’ll make sure that your needs are met at any given time of the day. He’ll be at his office at the crack of dawn if immediate change with your account is necessary. I’ve made several changes with my account in just less than a month. From changing car, to adding another car and driver, even to contacting Mercury to make sure the online information is correct, John delivered and made everything easy as it could ever be! Would I recommend John to others? Without hesitation, a BIG YES! Here’s what I’ll leave you all with about John Colston, three words, SIMPLY THE BEST!
