I do not recommend anyone to this agency. When you have a bad experience with them,it speaks for all the representatives even though they may not all be to blame. I was a previous customer and was calling them back to get auto insurance with them when i was transfered to Jim. This guy had some nerve to tell me that my auto policy was cancelled due to non payment when it was paid in full. Besides that he said he didnt have time to look into my situation because he had another customer. I found that totally unacceptable and inappropriate. I dont see why you had to take the call if you were busy elsewhere. To top it off he was extremely rude and didnt know a thing about customer service. They definitely lost me as a customer and i STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND anyone to this company unless you wanted to be treated like dirt. They are not the only insurance agency in orange county!!!

For a decade now, I have worked with Insurance Solutions. They insure my businesses - liability, errors and omissions, workers comp, group health and benefits, the list goes on... Tony runs a great professional service and is ably supported by Steve, Bryan, Theresa and a whole team of great sales and service staff. I highly recommend this agency. I am not an easy person to please, especially consistently over many years, but this Agency has done just that! At every renewal, they go to bat for me, presenting different carrier options, more coverage for same price or just better pricing or a better deal. There always is someone to handle your needs immediately and I have never had to wait long for solutions from these guys - they live up to their chosen name - Insurance Solutions.

Dolores has provided personalized service to me, my sons and my businesses for some 15+ years. I get to talk with a real person -- the same person year after year. Imagine that! All the new and newest technologies cannot replace actually talking with Dolores on the phone or -- get this -- talking with her in person in her office!
