Firstly I must mention I dont normally write reviews but I am taking the time to do so because the Level of customer service I received from Jake Witt at this state farm location with regards to an Auto Loan was spectacular, it honestly set the bench mark for me for what a auto loan customer service should be like. Long story short I was away for work in North Carolina and the car I was Purchasing wad a private party sale from Illinois and Jake at this state farm agency was in Deerfield Beach Florida. He coordinated 3 state farm agents across 3 different states to make this loan go through and close within 24 hours. The turn around time was truly amazing, I have been a state farm patron since my last auto loan in 2014 but after this amazing experience I am going to be a state farm patron for life. Thanks Jake and the whole awesome team at this Ellie Mills, 2463 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 Agency you guys Rock.... if there were 10 stars available on google I would give them to you.

Outstanding agency! Never thought I would switch agencies until I met the great people at the Deerfield Agency. Always treated me like family and had a genuine concern for my financial situation. Jake helped to provide a lower rate on my auto coverage, and found exposures that my previous agent had not covered. Lower rate and more coverage, what else could you ask for?! Great people and even better customer service. I was shopping my homeowners policy and Jacob was able to identify some gaps in my current coverage and find me a new policy that filled those gaps and saved me a pretty decent chunk of change.
