I had an excellent experience with Mr Hankey and Anna at Hankey law office. After fighting for Social Security benefits for nearly four years I was turned down by the Appeals Council. At this point I let my attorney go and he informed me that I would never find a new attorney that would take my case to Federal court. I was very fortunate to have Mr Hankey take my case. He requested that a Federal judge remand the claim for a second hearing with an ALJ. The judge agreed that I had overwhelming evidence and we were given a second hearing. We attended the second hearing this week and the ALJ made a fully favorable bench decision. I am very grateful for Mr Hankey and his staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has become disabled and is no longer able to work.

My experience with Hankey Law Firm was Great, they were very awesome with each detail I brought them, they recorded everything I had brought in from the Drs and Charles represented me in court personally and it went in my favor two business days later!! I highly recommend the firm as I have been for years while this case has been going on, I am about to rcv my check anytime now~I will warn you, its no quick process, it has taken 3 months just to get my backpay money and monthly income which hopefully will be in OCT of 2014.
