I called and gave them my story. The "intake" person on the phone was extremely rude and uncaring. After telling my story, she said, "hold the line and I will come back and let you know if we are interested in your case." I have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome and they turned me down. They were not "interested" in my case. She never even gave me a substantial reason. She just avoided the answer by referring me to a community legal service. What about all the caring concern displayed on the local TV ads? Where is that?
