It was a normal Sunday morning in January. I left the house with my girlfriend for brunch and returned home a few hours later looking forward to enjoying the afternoon. Only when we got home the house had dropped 10 degrees and a cold front was moving in that night. I tried my best to get the furnace to stay lit with no luck. I made a call to Anton’s and Danny S. called me back and tried to help me troubleshoot the issue to prevent paying for an emergency visit. After attempting to relight the furnace a couple more times I called Danny back on his cell and he was there in 30 mins. After about 30 minutes of trying to diagnose and fix the furnace Danny let me know it would be a while to get parts and a new furnace may be a better option. Danny made a call to Scott M. about seeing us with options for a new unit. Scott was out to our house by 5pm on Sunday with space heaters and options for us to review. We made a choice and Scott set us up for installation the next day. At 8am Monday morning Jason F. called to let me know he was on his way. Jason walked me through what he would be doing and answered all my questions. Both Jason and his partner John were courteous and very nice. They laid down drop cloth to protect our carpeting and worked straight through with no lunch until the job was down. Jeff walked me through the operation of my new equipment and made sure the areas they worked in were returned to a level of cleanliness acceptable to me. Anton’s truly is a 24/7 operation and I cannot thank them enough for keeping us warm. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Anton’s you will be hearing from me for all my service needs!

Antons was a great company to work with. They did everything they could to accommodate my inflexible work schedule to get a technician out to look at my A/C. Mark was the technician that came to my house and he did an excellent job at examining, explaining, and fixing the problem with my furnace. Where other companies may have tried to charge me for a new blower unit, Mark took the time to check and see if the part was still under warranty, which it was and it saved me some cash. When he returned to replace the part that was bad, he always showed up on time and with a friendly attitude and explained some preventive maintenance measures I could take to help take care of my A/C system in addition to explaining tips to increase the efficiency of my system. I will recommend Anton s to my family and friends and, if possible, I would try to request Mark as the technician for any more service or repair calls. Great business and it was a pleasure working with you!!!

We had previously contacted many other companies and were either told our HVAC solutions were not possible or were given quotes without explanations of what would exactly be done and why and how. When we met Pierre (refered by Dan Payne the insulator) he listened patiently to find out what our needs were, was VERY knowledgable about what could be done, and was willing to think outside the box to help us come up with solutions. He was very professional in explaining to us what our options were and at the same time was very patient to listen to us and make sure we understood everything clearly. Pierre won our trust and stuck with us throughout the process, even when there were some glitches with the installation. He made sure we were happy with everything.

The technician arrived promptly and introduced himself , very professional in his approach to this new customer. he came for a checkup on the system since it had been at least 5 years since the last service. Tony explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had presented to him during the service visit. Signed up for the service contract that I would recommend to anybody that would like piece of mind on their system and not have to worry about the price for your twice a year visits. Nick L. came out late at night, fully explained how things worked, what was the issue and opted for the most effective fix. He even helped me to improve drainage to my AC unit by a simple fix. Personable, professional, and honest. I had checked Better Business Bureau, as I was trying to assess the quality of various services. They have A+ ratings and I was impressed by the knowledge and ability to explain how my AC unit worked and what his approach was. It made sense. So appreciate the late night fix. Nick & Tony came to my house PROMPTLY (the following day, after I called at 6pm the evening prior) for an emergency air conditioning failure. This was their first service visit to my house, and I was impressed by their professionalism. They even have the "small things" down, like applying shoe covers over thier boots when walking in to my house. The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, with parts they had with them. (No return trip!) They also provided some commentary on how my system could be improved for efficiency, which I appreciate!

Dan arrived on time and performed a very thorough examination of our air conditioning system. Once he was finished, he advised us that the unit was using more energy than necessary, and his adjustments would result in unit utilizing almost 25% less energy! (The air conditioner had been installed by another company earlier this spring.) Dan was very personable and provided easily understood explanations to our questions. He is our HVAC service technician of choice, and we look forward to his next visit.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this company is worthy of a 5 star rating. Danny, the tech, came out fixed the problem and further explained our boiler as well. He noticed a corroded saddle clip on our refrigeration line that he was able to replace for us and even helped my husband with a lawnmower issue!! Clearly went above and beyond to help us out. Saw that they had great review and good work but completely OVER PRICED ! They tried to make me wait all weekend after they rescheduled me and again until finally they came and fixed it. And now a month later something else happen.( different problem) But still over priced and do not recommend them to anybody thats is on a budget.

The technician is courteous, but the company charges outragious price for parts. AC capacitor for $252 which should not cost more than $20 from stores, + $90 labor fee. So replacing the capacitor for AC cost in total $ 342, while normal price should be in the range of $110- $150.
