After a horrible experience with my previous agent, I contacted Janet at Oyster Bay Insurance. She was very helpful and found me a home insurance policy that perfectly fit my needs. Because my hot water heater was old, I needed to get it replaced as to not limit my coverage. Janet was great about following up with me after I replaced the heater on the documentation to ensure this limitation was lifted. This is a family run business and it shows through the level of personal customer service.
