I have been an account holder since 2011. Only problem I have is their Member Service. The Member Service department will never call you back and/or pick up the phone. I literally had my phone call transferred from the teller department to member service department because they never pick up the phone and the member service department hung the phone up on me.... They really put a shame on the Publix culture at least the Norcross, GA Branch does.

While there are major perks to banking with them, their team member’s customer service skills are horrible. When you call this branch most times you can’t get an answer and when you go to the location most times instead of being greeted you are just stared at until you say what you need. I’ve called on several occasions and dealt with very nasty and unprofessional attitudes.

I have been a long time member with no issues. However, recently I have noticed a change and not for the better. Text messages would say one thing and online ledgers would say another. Fees being posted at inconvenient and inconsistent times. Reminds me alot like the time I was with Bank of America.
