every time i get a hold of an operator they put me back in the hold line and i end up getting disconnected. This has been a few days now that i have not gotten the help i needed. They need to look at the customer feedback and work on their issues.

The bank does what the bank does, its just not customer friendly.. that means the banking hours and the ability to reach a live person in the event of account issues. ;0(
