They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.

Idaho has a serious PR problem with the perception of being a racist state. I realize that many residents are not. Your bank is reinforcing this perception. You will continue to lose accounts for these kinds of attitudes. You are harming your community.
