5/5/2015 - BCU used to be a great online credit union to do business with. However, in the past year, they must have changed their customer service because it is no longer as personalized as it used to be. I am put on hold for at least 45 minutes before I am transferred to a customer service rep. I tried to apply for a loan and was made to feel really stupid and the customer service rep spoke about a million miles a minute and sounded like he had the biggest ego ever. Due to these factors, I am now changing banks to a local one.

It used to be a good credit union but it has gone downhill in the past few years. Its been over 4 months and they still have not corrected extra money paid into my mortgage even after numerious numerious calls to them to let them know of their descrepency. Their customer service is horrible these days. I have already moved everything but my mortgage to another credit union.

By far the best Credit Union and Bank for that matter, that I have ever had!!! Been with BCU for over 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. I have had account with numerous bank in the past, non hold a light to BCU.

Mostly I have had a good experience with BCU. I use them as a web based bank since I am no longer near any of their brick and mortar locations. Their website seems to be inconsistent at times.

The phone system is awful and 100% needs to be fixed - took me 15 minutes to speak to a teller.
