I am a POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER. Before going down to the new ABQ branch, I called the number to find out if I could make an appointment to change ALL my accounts. I got routed to the call center with some rep mumbling into the phone - so rude. I told him that I needed to set up an appointment. He supposedly called over to the branch and had me on hold for 5 minutes. Then he came back and said NO ONE is PICKING up over there... not a good sign. I told him again that I wanted to transfer 6 accounts and then he HUNG UP ON ME. If this terrible customer service is how they treat someone looking to bring 6 accounts over, then how do they treat you once they have your money????

I actually look forward to making deposits at the bank. Everyone is so pleasant and they address my needs and questions right away. The tellers are so fast and the manager is terrific. They help make my business run better and value my time.

Since LANB upgraded to a new online account managing system, LANB has made banking a living hell. Everything is confusing and none of it makes sense.. Also, I never got asked if I wanted to upgrade, the old system was just finnneee....

LANB Albuquerque Branch is awesome! The tellers, Corrine, Kaylee and Jerick are extremely friendly and helpful. That same attitude of great customer service is seen with every interaction with any team member of the bank.

the one thing I could rely on was LANB. But after 18 years I have become totally frustrated by their ebanking system, and lack of customer service. You have completely failed, and I cannot trust you!
