applied for a student credit card twice now. The first employee who helped me did not submit my application to the company. And when I call to see the status of the application, they transfered to me the wrong line two times. After I called back to explain what the problem was, they directed me to the same line again. Extremely irritating. Customer service needs to be improved.

Atm problems, just one person after another was being shorted at both the inside and outside atm. Went to pull out $300, $300 removed from my account but was only given $120. Really? Went inside to talk to the teller and now have to call my bank to fix another banks problem.

They have pretty much changed to a bank. There is very little about them that is credit union like anymore. Not to mention the service is not good. The drive thru at the Goodyear brach is the THE WORST.....waiting in a line of 3 cars for almost a half an hour is ridiculous.
