If you are looking for a small town bank that still uses an abacus to count your money (when they decide to count it), then this is your bank. Unfortunately, the out-dated technology is the best part of this bank. Apathetic staff and management are sure to ruin your day (and probably your account too). The negatives are too long to post here, and Ive already wasted too much time with this bank as is. Hands down the worst experience dealing with a bank.

By phone or in person, some of the nicest people I have dealt with in the banking industry. Not only was my immediate problem solved with kindness, the branch manager went an extra step to be sure I was good to go.
