I drove from Watertown to N Tonawanda at the behest of a credit union representative in order to both update my personal information and to setup direct deposit into this account. I visited the north tonawanda branch, where i believed everything was accomplished. However, 5 days later, i discovered the account was closed and my direct deposit is floating in no mans land.
