Very unfortunate operation. Have been a member for 7 years. High interest rates, poor customer service, very little personal interaction when dealing with loans. They treat you worse than a corporate bank. I keep large accounts in other banks and go elsewhere for loans due to these reasons. Multiple times have I withdrawn my balance just to give them a second shot, and a third and fourth but this time I am closing the account for good. I hope someone who has some sort of say reads this. THE PROMOTE THEMSELVES AS A PERSONABLE CREDIT UNION AND ARE SO FAR FROM IT THAT ITS VERY DISHEARTENING.

I have never found a bank that has been so unwilling to work with you on your car loan. I could have got financed somewhere else where they would actually care if you had a problem that caused 1 payment to be late. I will be refinancing somewhere else and will never use pscu again

I am not sure what the other reviews are about. I just walked in and had a great experience. The teller, Tiffany, was very friendly and accommodating! I recently received a pretty loan interest rate car loan from PSCU and am so far satisfied with the experience!

5Th time calling in today to be on hold for 10+ minutes for them to transfer me to a branch only to be hung up on. Pure and utter bullshit..............Then magically they can no longer transfer me from the call center to a branch well what I was told on call #6

dont even call they never answer and they put you on hold forever worst costumer service respond . they cant never figure the number of a branch or a give a fax or find the emails you send them

This PSCU is a great neighborhood credit union. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good place to start your finacial portfolio, and get great rates on loans, mortgages, and general accounts.

The Littleton & Broadway branch employees are always great! The south bound access to this building is more frustrating than ever, the parking lot is "interesting" at peak times.
