This is by far the most unprofessional, dis functional, bank of America - that I have ever been to. The management has a phony polite attitude because of reasons - that I will not say on here. Very poorly run, bad attitude staff and management. I am a good bank of America customer by the way. I have been to this location many times and get the same response. Management very poorly educated in customer service skills and it may be a slight possibility that they need a decent BUSINESS EDUCATION - FROM A GOOD SCHOOL. Educated people act different and more intelligently than uneducated people who act unprofessional with bad attitudes. I strictly go to this location for convenience - not for their service. When I can - I try to avoid this location all together.

Worst bank ever. I opened a new account and they closed my account just a few weeks later because I had rented a car for $678 and I thought I had enough in that account, including the deposit for the car in my bank account, none the less when Avis took their money I got over drawn only $138. A few days later when I went to pay the balance and deposit my check they told me they had permanently closed my account and mind you I was updating them and even went in person to let them know that I would be paying a few days later and the misunderstanding with the car rental. Super rude Fraud department on top. NEver use this bank. They are not reliable on top of charging way more a month for maintenance fees than other banks.

A business owed me money and sent me a check. Upon cashing the check I was told there was a $6 fee for non-account holders. So for the $100 they owed me I only got $94. I asked how am I supposed to know about the fee? Answer was..."well, you can call us." I made them write me a receipt for the $6. I have never had that problem at Union, Extraco, or First National.

ive been to this bank 5 times since ive been in killeen and every single time i come the line is almost out the door. theres only one person working the front while others just walk around. the wait time to STAND in line is over an hour. whats the point of having 5 windows at the front, if only 1 remains open?

No one ever answers the phone at this bank i called for hours all day eve waitied until 9 am next morning no one answers. it is horrible customer service. I have 5 days sraight that passed and no one assist me as yet this branch might as well be close thinking baout bank else where

or any other bank of america...if you call them they, they dont answer the phone. i have requested a document mailed to my 3 times, and i have not seen or heard anything...really frustrating to deal with...cant wait till house is paid off so i dont have to deal with them anymore

A normal visit will generally show two people, at the counter working. A big lines of customers waiting for service, and a half dozen supervisors chatting. Because of this branch I have closed over 50% of my accounts with Bank of America.

They deserve 0 stars. Did not even earn one. 3 atms, 2 are down, and there are 9 ppl in line for a single atm. Went in and the staff would refuse helping. Lastly, they close very early. Very disappointed.

The staff is consistenty rude and extremely unprofessional over the past 5 years. This branch does not live up to the standards of Bank of America. It should be shut down, or the staff purged.

The drive thru and lobby are supposed to close at 6pm on Friday, so why are both closed at 5:33pm?? Terrible bank, do business elsewhere if at all possible.
