Took over three months to get one error sorted out due to run arounds with calling an 800 number/going into branch. Would let me deposit check but refused to tell me what the spending limit was on debit card. 800 number has always told me something different than branch. One time the branch associate told me I needed to have a meeting with them-it ended up being them trying to sell me stuff. Avoid Wells Fargo in general-their way of doing operations is terrible.

Called to see if I could exchange currency, explained what type it was the individual (Scott) said "yes come on down" by the time I got there my currency magically became non accepted
