This bank just cheated me out of $45 for a fee for returning a wire that was correctly sent. Absolutely ridiculous. And then I tried to resolve it with them and they refused to help. They should be fined and put out of business for cheating customers. Never do business with BofA!

I went there today with my paycheck that is drawn from this bank . After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, the teller took my id and social security card as acceptable forms of id. But because my check was so large her supervisor refused to cash it. Jealous much?

There is only a walk in ATM and no drive up ATM. Generally there has only been two tellers and one has to balance between the window and the desk so a line can form pretty fast during lunch.

Went in one afternoon, only 1 lady working the counter. There ended up being like a 10 person wait before I left. Not very good. The lady herself was very nice and patient.

Google says this branch and the one on Farmington Ave are open in Saturdays till noon. Just went to both they are both closed.
