The location and hours of this branch are terrible. They are only open from 9 am to 4pm on most days which does not work at all for people with a normal work schedule. The customer service at this bank is also awful. They do not care at all if you are upset and they are very rude. I unfortunately have an auto loan with bank of america but once it is paid off I will never deal with them again!

Terrible customer service. I kept calling to obtain wire transfer information but no one answers phone, it rolls over to an automated system that is terrible and you cannot access without a customer id and password. My advice to my Aggie grandson and anyone else using this bank is go find a Texas/ Community Bank where someone will talk with you either on the phone or in person .

This is the worst bank ever. Lost my mortgage payment that I made with cash at the useless local branch. Calling me to collect on it. I am looking at the receipts and telling them the date of the payment and they still had trouble finding it. And fyi...cash for them is not a certifiable payment method.

They are just so slow.. Two Tellers helping no-one, two branch managers helping no-one. They told me to have a seat to order a debit card I have been waiting for thirty minutes. The tellers at 1st Convenience Bank order me a card and sent me on my way (The Tellers).

They do have only one location in bcs & it does only have 1-2 tellers with a standard 15 minute wait. They do have only 1-2 personal bankers with a standard 45 minute wait. This place is terrible.

Outstanding! Kyle Brown assisted us with two different wire transfers for buying a condo in Austin, and he made it all happen easily and quickly each time. He is a super star!
