Be very very careful when choosing Betenbough homes, especially if you are a family who is seeking an affordable home. What first caught my attention when choosing Betenbough was that they offered affordable NEW homes. However, when you choose a home (a home you think you can afford and a home you get excited and start seeing your family in) you get put on a waiting list (your on this waiting list for like two months) they don’t lock in your price until two months later (which is highly unfair considering that you were put on the list at a price they should honor that price since it’s not the buyers fault that they can’t provide a contract that same day) betenbough should Honor the price that is listed at the time of being put on the list, at least that is the fair thing to do and Cristian thing to do. However all they tell you is sorry that is how the market is (I get this if your telling a new client that was barely going to be put on the waiting list) I’ve had to downgrade my home twice already and who knows if by the time I get called I’ll be even able to afford a home with them meaning I’ve wasted my time and it’s already bad enough that I’m not getting the home I first picked!!! So when you get put on the list be prepared for prices to go up overnight and go up around $11,000 in a period of a month and a half. This is totally ridiculous and heartbreaking. I just pray to God that by the time I get called for my contract there will even be one that I can afford if not all my Time will go to waste and my spirit will be crushed

Great sales team! Had no trouble during the closing process nor the sales portion of the home. Only downfall would be the warranty department where due to high volume of calls, scheduling an appointment for warranty issues may be prolonged than desired. For immediate and concerned warranty issues I recommend Stacy Bradley, warranty manager, and he will do his best in the interest of the homeowner to get issues resolved promptly.
