TERRIBLE COMPANY! I rented from them for 4 years ( I have no idea why) and every year they raised the rent $100. Upon moving out, they were extremely difficult to deal with, as many other reviews stated. They took all of my $955 deposit AND decided to charge me an additional $1000 to re paint?!? When in fact they did not repaint for us when we first moved in, nor did they bother to repair any of the left over holes in the walls from the previous tenants. We filled out the damaged report checklist and took pictures of all the damages prior to us moving in. And even with all that proof, we are STILL fighting them. As for appliances/plumbing/other repairs, the maintenance workers were very slow to respond and when they did come, they were inexperienced and took forever to fix one little problem, so eventually, we ended up doing most of the repairs ourselves. There were many times I would come home to a maintenance man helping their way into my apartment without my permission. This management company is very, very unprofessional and full of a bunch of slimballs. I cant stress enough to any interested renters to NOT go through poudre property, I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money from renting from them. Good Luck to you all.

Be aware of this company! Especially if you are an international student! If you can give the stars, I will definitely press down Very bad landlord, once not their tenant Look at you as the air! My deposit actually moved out six months before they get back And only to get back more than 100 pieces of dollars. Do not call to remind them to pretend nothing on the other side of the phone with the tone of the attitude of people chilling! The landlord asked the international students to have the Branch state local people when the guarantor, this thing is simply unreasonable! CSU said that international students as long as students do not need to find a student visa to find a house to rent! This company is really a problem .....

I was the guarantor on a short term lease for my son over the summer of 2017. While the people were friendly, my son reported that they were not very responsive. I was especially disappointed in their reconciliation and return of the security deposit. The bulk of the security deposit was retained (not returned to me) to cover items that I felt should be part of the normal tenant turnover expenses for the property owner. The details are not important, but I encourage anyone dealing with this company to be especially cautious, meticulous, and documentary regarding the move-in property condition. My advice, after my experience, if possible, avoid their properties.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Throughout the 2 years I lived there, they stole my washer and dryer, refused to pay to remove a racoon from the attic and sent us notifications from the city a week after we were supposed to do something, like mow the lawn or something. Now after moving out and giving them $1600 for a security deposit they are asking for more money to fix that POS house we lived in. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They company deserves to be shut down and every employee should be fired and blacklisted from ever doing anything remotely similar to real estate. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Their service is the worst in town. Never go with them. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. First thing is their policy, which requires us to pay the non refundable security deposit in advance of getting the application verified. This binds you take the property from them only. Secondly, their process is very slow, even when you state your urgency. They are not flexible in expediting their process. Thirdly, the employees are rude and unprofessional. I have already registered a complaint against them on Better Business Bureau and they are just lingering this issue rather than coming to mutual agreement.

Unethical and possibly illegal behavior. I called the emergency number after my carbon monoxide detector went off, they DID NOT respond. I had to call three days later for a response. They lied about fees included in the lease. They also failed to notify me about a "Pet Addendum" until six months into the lease, after which they back charged me and told me an additional fee per month is due. I never signed the document and it was not provided to me at the lease signing.

The BBB should investigate this company. My rent was raised every year and I was in the same place for 10 years. We were told that things would get replaced (carpet, paint, etc.) and they never did what they said they would do. I provided notice before I moved and I was hit with a large bill from them to include abandonment, claiming I never gave notice. I called several times and send emails to discuss the matter and I never heard back from them. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Ya this place sucks, i rented from them too, and i signed a 6 month lease, and when i was signing the lease they never decided to tell me i was already 2 months into the 6 months, so i had to leave early, you think they would have told me that when i was signing the lease, everyone that works here is soooooo stupid its all dumb blonde chicks. They are the worst, honestly I would rather be homeless then to rent thru poudre property ever again.

I WISH I COULD GIVE -1. I must assure that all the comments and reviews are genuine. Their customer service is unprofessional and rude. They do not complete the service order, charge you unnecessarily and even get physical when you ask for the invoice. Their behavior is unethical as they give wrong reviews to other property management due to which I had 3 applications denied.

When people and the company love their job it definitely shows! They always have their clients best interest and I will recommend them to any one looking for a new home or location of business

I would put a zero if I could. They have the worst customer service ever. My stove broke 4 days to moving in a month after putting in a work order I was told it will be a few more months till I would get a working stove. DO NO SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM THEY ARE LAZY AND WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING AND WILL GIVE YOU STUPID RANDOM CHARGES

As an out of town parent trying to communicate with the staff is AWFUL! They are not knowledgeable, they do not return phone calls, unhelpful and just plain rude. The property management needs to be replaced!!!!! Wish I had read all the other reviews before I agreed to have my son move in there!!!!
