This last summer a hailstorm came through town and did a fairly good amount of damage. Premier had personnel knocking on doors the very next day. This was the first time this had ever happened to me, so I was somewhat unfamiliar. They were honest, and explained the process for me. During their walkaround, they made sure that everything that was affected by the storm was taken note of, and provided a thorough list of what needed work. When it came time to do the roof, it was done in 1 day (smaller roof). They let me know when it was going to be done, giving me the opportunity to plan my schedule accordingly. They work well with many insurance companies, which makes the process simple for the customer. They do all of the hard work. When the Insurance Adjuster came out, he found the exact same issues and came up with the same quote. The insurance company failed to reimburse for some small items, which Premier itemized and dealt with personally. I had ZERO contact with the insurance company regarding the money aspect, so no stress on my part. They sent the check, I gave the funds to Premier, and I went on with my day stress free. I already know who will refinish my roof in the future if this occurs again. Premier is very respected in this community for their honest, customer oriented work. They provide a great product. Do not hesitate to call them!

I had a great experience with Premier. Premier was fast, worked with my insurance company and mortgage company for a fast turn around on payment. I read some complaints about nails in the yard, but did not have that experience myself. For the people complaining about nails in the yard, suck it up. Roofers have to remove thousands of nails. If one or two end up in the grass, it was bound to happen with any roofing company. No matter how strong of a magnet used. This was my first time working with Premier and have heard bad things about other roofers in northern Colorado: requiring up front payment, delaying work, not completing to satisfaction, etc. We had a hail storm with baseball sized hail that shredded every roof in our town. My roof was the 2nd to be completed, weeks before most neighbors even had work scheduled for their houses with other companies. Neighbors are still angry at the work yet to be done on theirs or the hassle of handling He paperwork with their mortgage companies. No worries with Premier. After hail damaged our roof, a relative recommended Premier Roofing. After contacting the Premier representative, Skyler Memsic, he wasted no time setting up an appointment and initial inspection. He sat down with us and explained the process and estimated cost. He contacted our insurance company who sent an adjuster to inspect the roof. The adjuster saw only damage to one side of roof and agreed for his company to only pay for 1/2 of the roof to be replaced. Our Premier Rep totally dealt with the insurance company, who then had another adjuster come out. He agreed with the Rep that the whole roof need to be replaced. The workers who replaced the roof were very professional. They completely cleaned up with no damage to anything on the ground. After a strong wind several months later a few of the shingles blew off. They were here the next day to replace them. They stand behind their guarantee. I would definitely recommend this company.

I, Mike Matthews, had a roof a new roof installed on my house back in October 2012, Job Number# FCO1147. My experience was excellent for the following reasons. I have a very difficult roof to work on because of the additional solar panels. The workmen were finished in one day from tear off to the new roof. I had three layers so there was a lot of tear off. They exceeded my expectations on the clean up! Not one piece of shingle or more importantly not one left behind nail. The attention to detail was very impressive, on all exposed nail heads they silicone sealed them. I have never had that done on prior jobs. They added additional venting for the roof that was a pleasant surprise. The salesman worked hard to address all my concerns, there were a couple, but I am very pleased on how they turned out. I told them if they could work it out I would be very happy and they did work it out and –I am very happy! – Thank you very much for the excellent work.

Premier needs to start hiring better employees. My wife and I been looking into getting our roof replaced and have looked into many different businesses in the area. The reason we will most definitely not hire Premier is because of the fact that their employees do not stay professional outside of their work place. Long story short my daughter that attends Colorado State University said that she had been using an app called Tinder. She matched with a guy and showed my wife. To which my wife recognized him and later told me that he worked for the roofing company we were going to hire. The part that disturbed my wife and I was that he was inappropriate and vulgar on this site. My daughter had told my wife and I that he had also been sending inappropriate photos to her friends. Bottom line Premier needs professional employees inside and outside the work place. When that happens I will hire them.

We had hail damage to our roof. The Premier representative, Skylar Memsic, met with our insurance adjustor and took care of everything. Skylar was outstanding (and patient with us during the entire time from seeing the adjustor to final inspection of the new roof, because there were many details with which we were unfamiliar and needed to have explained to us several times). The crew, their foreman, and their supervisor were not only excellent technically, they were friendly and considerate. The job was done quickly, and the cleanup was so good that there was nothing we had to do except sign off completion of the job and transfer the insurance payments to Premier. All in all, an excellent experience. My wife and I can recommend Premier without any reservations.

Premier Roofing Company had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood before I approached them about a quote for our roof replacement. I had heard many horror stories about roofing companies so I had a list of questions and concerns. Tony was patient and thorough while addressing my issues. He took the time to educate us on roofing materials and the process involved. The roof replacement was performed by a professional crew and what I was most impressed with was how well they cleaned up. There was not a single piece of trash or roofing left behind. Premier Roofing did a great job on our roof. All I did was call and Taylor took care of the rest. It was nice that he dealt with insurance for us, and the roof looks great. They accommodated all my requests about protecting the flower beds/garden etc. so overall I was very happy the only thing that could have been better was the clean up. All in all it was a good clean up job I have just found several nails around in the grass rocks and driveway and wish a bit more time had been spent on that because we have small children but other than about 15 nails it was a job well done. I had a good experienc with Premier Roofing Co. I had alot of issues with my insurance co. Premier responded professionally every time I called them (as we worked thru my insurance co). With that said, the roof was installed in one day and the roofers were very polite and cleaned up everything when they were completed. A followup occured the next day by a Premier employee to insure all was done correctly. All my interaction with all premier employees was a pleasant experience. Premier performed everything in keeping with our expectations and we could not be happier. From correcting the original erroneous adjuster and then walking the job site with the new adjuster, to getting us through the contract process smoothly (and all related insurance details), on to scheduling our work promptly and ensuring a quality finish, these guys were top notch. Our rather large roof was done in a day and it looks great. Premier Roofing Company did an excellent job replacing our roof. Jason Gibbons noticed that our gutters were damaged by hail, which was overlooked by our insurance claims adjuster. Jason worked with our insurance company to make sure this oversight was corrected. Premier Roofing Company was very patient with us in terms of deciding on a shingle color. They provided us with various color types and even offered to ship color types that were not available in Colorado. From day 1 Premier Roofing salesman, Greg, told me exactlly what would be done, when it would be done and how much it would cost. Everything was completed exactly as he described it on that first day. The work crew arrived at 7:00 AM on installation day and had the job completed on the same day including an excellent cleanup even though halfway through the day when a surprise thundershower struck and they had to stop work and tarp the entire roof until the rain stopped. Matt Springer was excellent! He met with our insurance company during the inspection period to make sure the repairs to our roof were completed without any complications. Matt was very helpful and professional through out the entire process and even helped me to receive a rebate for veterans. He is an asset to Premier Roofing. Premier Roofing did an outstanding job on the replacement of our hail and wind damaged roof in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Tony Martin from Premier met with our insurance adjuster and from there Premier Roofing handled all the insurance adjustment issues with the roof replacement. Their scheduling and handling of the replacement was on time and their work crew were exceptionally professional and finished ahead of schedule and did a great job of worksite cleanup. We had several roofers approach us about our roof after the hailstorms but Premier & Tony Martin were the only ones classy enough to focus on our roofing needs and not the other guys. They delivered a durable, beautiful roof in a timely manner. I also appreciated their diligence in cleaning up the area since I have small children running around outside.
