Our A/C went out on a very hot day so we called out Ace Air we were happy to know we got the owner and contractor himself and was able to get to use in less than an hour of our call. He provided a professional friendly service fixing our unit on the spot with what seamed to be a very competitive rate and our system was old and outdated and the compressor failed so when we called them back out again we were happy to see that once again we got John. Unable to fix the unit John Offered to upgrade the system for our Landlord with financing options and we got a new system that has kept us comfortable every since. We since changed our electric plan that included a Nest thermostat and was glad to find the Ace Air was also a certified Nest Dealer and when we called them out again they Promptly came in and installed it for us and it has reduced our electrical usage and saved us money. Undoubtedly, Ace Air by Elliott is the BEST AC services company in town. John is the man I go to for all my AC needs. He is quick in diagnosing the problem and even quicker in fixing it. I am very impressed with his in-depth technical knowledge and the skills to resolve any problem. I have used Ace Air by Elliott at least five times in the past and for five different problems, from simply replacing the capacitor for one of the outside units to installing a completely new evaporator coil to recently replacing the motor Fan for one of my 11 years old units, and I have not been disappointed in any of these times. Quite the opposite, I have been very satisfied!!! They are knowledgable, reliable and fast which could save you time, money and sweat! Most importantly, they are responsive and on time! I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

Ace Air has my vote for AC work at my home. They are Honest and you can depend on their word! I do not say that unless it is true. He worked on my old AC system and I bought a new one about 4 years ago. When a capacitor went out on a Saturday, I called John at Ace Air. He arrived in 30 minutes and as soon as he opened up the panel he said "you have a bad Capacitor", you can tell by the swollen top on it. I know how some companies operate and they will gouge you every time, but not this guy. He did not have the exact size but did have one that would work. Before he left he said he would buy the right size capacitor and return to install it the next week. True to his word, he did just that. His pricing is well within reason. In short.........FANTASTIC! I requested service after 5PM on Friday and John responded promptly. He did a terrific job in getting our A/C working again. I was impressed with his competence and analytical ability to resolve the issue. It was fairly priced. He gained my trust. Ace Air will be my go-to service company for the years to come.
