We just recently switched our insurance to Alisha. Her and her staff have gone above and beyond to help us. When going to the office to meet with her, she and her team welcomed us so warmly. Our girls loved it! Not only did she and her team take the time to welcome us and explain our coverages in great detail but also they welcomed our girls with lots of fun goodies to play with while we met. I highly recommend Alisha and her team. By far the best agent we have worked with!! Thank you Alisha and team for taking such great care of our family!!

We have had insurance through Alisha Dumas almost since her start as an agent. We have always had excellent customer service from everyone at her office. Recently we went through a refinance for both homes we own and worked closely with Alisha herself and I highly recommend her for any refinance needs. It was stress free, easy to go through and the closing agents even come to you to finish all the paperwork. If you are looking for an insurance company that is about the people they serve, then I would recommend you give them a try.
