Very rude have had a account with chase before the branches was located in ohio I have always went to the euclid one but had to go to this one very very rude tellers managers an all do not go here if you are having a bad day cause they will make it 10x worse do not open a account here

An ideal location for CWRU students especially those living on top of the hill. Particularly nice is the walk up ATM on the side of the building.
