This place is VERY hard to deal with. They have the worse banking website ever constructed. You cant make payments on it with another banks debit card. They do not consider what days they are open when they set out payments. Its easy to get a loan but they only have 2 options for you to pay it off. You either walk into one of their sparsely located brick and motor locations or send it by mail. Its like 1992 in options of service and access.

Not a very customer-focused branch. The bank used to be very good a few years ago but the hours are terrible and the employees look bored and are generally unhelpful. Only bright spot is the call center.

Good service terrible union.... I pay my credit card off then the amount I paid keeps getting refunded into my checking... I have called and nothing ever gets resolved. Closing my account here asap

Customer service is awful! Every time I need to call and speak to someone I am on hold for 45 min. or I have to leave a message and wait on a return call. Which sometimes takes hours.
