I have received very poor service from B of A in general and agree with the poster below. After paying off a home loan it has now taken months to get a letter of satisfaction. It seems this as a trend for all B of A locations and have trouble understanding why they are still in business with the public. I refuse to bank with them.

Manager change every month, employees are not trained properly. They canceled my credit card instead my account. I can never get a hold of the bank when I call.
