I went on vacation and was very happy with the selection as well as the fact that they had items specific to the hot weather. I was more excited to know that I had purchased a water toy that the previous day was charged $20 to inflate but I asked at the membership desk if they would be able to help. Although they did not directly inflate they provided us the air to do so. We were so pleased with the assistance especially if you are from out of town it felt as if I was home at my local club.

In Oct 2015 we were having a Suprise Birthday Party for my neice from San Francisco in Laughlin, I ordered a Round Chocolate Cake to be decorated there. OMG! that was the most beautifully decorated cake have ever seen for $14.98. Your Bakery decorator is a ROCK STAR!

the photo department DVD copier has not operated for two weeks now and asked if they have any plans to have it fixed, Rita the associate in this department has to date made any calls to have repaired or looked to find and fix the proplem

Awesome, absolutely opened my eyes. Me being a walmart shopper this place made me wonder why i didnt come to sams before. They have a nice food court and everything is in bulk which can be a upside/downside depends on the individual.

Great produce and good selection of items. It is not like Costco with limited selection. We go early in the morning and never have to wait. They open at 7 am because they care about serving those with business cards. We love Sams.

Great bulk discount store. You need a membership to get in or buy. Have a member buy you a gift card to get around that... Self check out area available since there is usually long lines at all registers.

This place has gone down hill. One of the worst sams clubs, dirty and no service and no one really cares. Forget about going on busy weekends or right before closing time . Its really ridiculous.
