I was not happy with my insurance agent as he was slow to respond and used surveys to find out if there were any life events but never contacted me if something had changed. He had access to several insurance companies, yet kept me with the same one without trying to find a lower rate. Even with all of this, I was reluctant to change insurance companies and agents. Jordan immediately changed my mind. He responded within minutes, he was very knowledgeable and could answer any question I had regarding policies or rates. He took the time to walk through all of the details and worked at creating a solid relationship. I will say it was one of the best experiences I have had with any type of customer service. I would recommend Jordan to any family member or friend. In fact, my oldest daughter just switched all of her policies over and saved money! Jordan did end up saving me money, but after everything, I would have switched just for the outstanding customer service. Thank you Jordan!

Jordan is a life saver! He is always there to help within minutes of an email or phone call. I was recently locked out of my vehicle many miles away from home with no one to help me and he reminded me that we had roadside assistance on our policy.
