I have been customer of this insurance agency more than 10 years. I had the fortune to meet several employees along the way and all of them provide great service however there is one in particular that stands out for her professionalism, carisma, and over the top customer service.... Monique thank so much for taking good care of all my insurance needs.. you are a truly example of what customer service is about.. Kudos for that !

We went in after a disappointing attempt to obtain insurance at another carrier. We have a complex situation that needed some TLC. We went in and spoke with Larry, and the day instantly improved. He was kind and understanding and listened to our needs and was able to find us a policy. He spent a long time working through everything for us and was incredibly patient the entire time. Larry is THE MAN.

My daughter signed up for insurance here in framingham and was able to open a 6 month policy. Actually knowing what she was being covered for was so helpful for me becaue it was her first policy. No rip offs...huge plus for me. The reps were really nice, and I forget the name of the person we were working with, but she was great. They made my day by making me & my daughter laugh.

After many phone calls today, I decided to call A-Affordable for some guidance. I spoke to Monique who not only gave me guidance for future scenarios, she made all necessary phone calls and submitting required forms for me! She went above and beyond and after a day of unnecessary phone calls - it was greatly appreciated!!
