We had a bad experience with John Lawrence. We are a plumbing company and we explained to John that in order to find a problem we would need use a ladder and cut a hole in his ceiling. We told him to do this work we would need to charge him a minimum fee which would be applied to the repairs. Instead of accepting or politely declining, John was rude to our guys and then went on and accused us of being a bait and switch operation. I think it’s important to know how and important person treats service people because it is a reflection on them.
