I was unfortunately involved in a car accident (not my fault) and was currently using another insurance provider at this time. My wife called to speak with a rep to ask some questions on how we should proceed after an accident since neither of use has had any experience with a serious accident like this. We went nowhere with the company, it was just a waste of time trying to find some guidance. Well.....unfortunately I was involved in another accident (not my fault) and this time we have State Farm as our provider. The experience with State Farm and the previous company was completely different; same type of car accident, but different customer service. I called Kirk to ask some questions and he was responsive and answered all my questions; completely helped me through the process. He has been wonderful and he personally called me the following weeks to check up on me. We have just been overwhelmed on how helpful and hands on he has been. Like a Good Neighbor, Kirk Buchholz is there........
