My experience been very excellent with Statefarm. They always willing to work with me no matter what the situation is . When my car was in a hit in run they immediately hop on the situation making me feel very safe & within 2 or 3 weeks due to processing paper work & me not having all the money at time it took a lil longer but through it all they was able to get my car repaired & I just love being insured through Statefarm :) Nice peoples

This place down right sucks! These people do not know there butt from their elbow! They fixed my bill a week ago and candice/candy whatever her name is lied to me told me the amout to pay. I called in yesterday aug. 17 and magically my bill is wrong! The same person in which told me how much to pay lied straight to my face! She even went as far to refuse to let me speak with joe bond. This office IS A JOKE!! $
