I have never hired a lawyer before for anything other than a house closing. Unfortunately I was in a situation that I had no other options, but to find a lawyer in SC that would represent me as I had to deal with an automotive case. Jerry, from beginning to end, had a way to be completely professional yet make me comfortable that he cared about my situation. I was forced to call my lawyer after I purchased a warranty for my used truck that the company was not willing to honor. He uncovered that the warranty that they had sold me was incorrectly filled out and had many inconsistencies that would not hold up in court. We proceeded with a lawsuit against the warranty company and the dealer. After a long drawn out case Jerry stuck with me and remained proactive and honest giving me the information I needed to make the right decisions. We eventually got a settlement for the repairs for my truck. Going through hard circumstances helps you to really see what people are all about. Not only do I feel that I have gained a great lawyer, but also a good friend. I highly recommend Jerry Meehan no matter how simple or sensitive the case you are dealing with is I believe he is the best choice.
