I first learned of Kuhn and Kuhn through one of their ads in the newspaper for the Free Seminar on Estate Planning. When I arrived to the seminar the staff was very welcoming and held a professional appearance. The head attorney for Charleston, Ms. Kathryn Cockrill, gave a very educational seminar that was easy to understand and learn from. Ms. Cockrill opened my eyes to many things about the probate and estate planning process that I had not thought about. I initially went to get information for my parents; however, after the seminar it became very clear that my husband and I were in need of a thorough estate plan. Therefore, we set an appointment with Kuhn and Kuhn and met with Ms. Sarah Miller. My husband had a Will and Power of Attorney documents through the military, but it was brought to our attention that they were more like the documents you would see on the online programs and did not outline all powers that are needed for a smooth transition in to the probate process. Ms. Cockrill and Ms. Miller developed a plan for my husband and I that covered all that we had talked about in our meeting. During the signing appointment, the plan was reviewed with us to make sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. The thorough explanation made my husband and I feel very relaxed and more knowledgeable of our estate plan. The entire staff of Kuhn and Kuhn made us feel like they were there to help us plan and prepare for our young family. I would highly recommend Kuhn and Kuhn to all who are looking to prepare their families for even the unthinkable circumstance that is inevitable.

We attended a Seminar conducted by Hunter Montgomery and were very impressed by his depth of knowledge and the way he made a complex subject very understandable.
