I met Gary Bernstein under unfortunate circumstances when I was charged with a traffic violation but it ended up being one of the most fortuitous meetings of my life. I found him online via his website and he contacted me immediately and scheduled an in person meeting the very next day. His guidance with that situation was invaluable, and he was with me every step of the way to navigating the Maryland traffic courts to get me cleared of the charge, and it off of my record entirely. He explains everything, making the process far less scary, and you couldn’t be in better hands. But what you really should know about Gary Bernstein was that during that time, I was going through a different issue with someone whom had been plaguing my life for years –and even though I had managed to physically escape this person 15 years prior, they were attempting to very publicly humiliate me with lies to continue that abuse. Gary literally took up my cause for free when he had no obligation to do so. He stood up for me where NO ONE had been able to help me against my abuser for all of my life. Giving of his own time he championed my cause and quite literally, changed my life. With his tenacious efforts he stopped a bully and righted a wrong that had been going on for over 15 years. Since that time, my life has changed dramatically for the better. The difference of having one person, for no personal gain, no reason what-so-ever stand up for you and say “this is wrong” and “this is going to stop”, and putting all their weight into stopping it can do for a person is immeasurable, and I will forever be grateful. You will not find a lawyer more knowledgeable, or a champion greater. If you need a lawyer – this is whom you want in your corner.

Unbelievably great! It is rare these days to find people in any line of work that take their craft seriously and try to be the best they can be. Mr Bernstein is a rarity that I was blessed to find. I had never had any legal trouble before, so I had no idea who would be best for my case. Mr Bernstein was a Godsend, he is knowledgeable, thorough, tough, and has been in this game for a while. He cross examined the complainants and witnesses and exposed their inconsistencies and contradicting accounts. He changed my life in that courtroom perhaps the guy I read about with the 1star and complaint needed Jesus himself to descend upon courtroom. This may sound bad, but I pray I will NEVER need his services again.

Gary Bernstein was a God send. My business was being threatened over some bogus charges and he represented me. He was there for me every step of the way. He answered any and all of my questions which were many. He calmed me down many times and best of all he won my case. Mr. Bernstein is truly one of a kind. Before picking him I visited with several other lawyers who were already talking about me taking a plea during a consultation . Gary was very straight forward and knowledgeable. I saw some other people said he was arrogant, but I think they confused it for his confidence in what he knows. There were time when I would get impatient with the legal process and he was there to explain the process and help keep me calm. My case ended with a favorable outcome.
