ok were do i begin. first off they have hidden fees they DO NOT verbally disclose with you. When i signed up for this insurance i was told my money was completely refundable, i got my car insured the next. (i was only using them to get my new car off the lot since my insurance was closed) which was a complete lie!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE! THEY HAVE TAKEN $400 DOLLARS FROM ME AND MY HUSBAND AND THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TELL ME THAT IS IN NONREFUNDABLE. this will be taken to a lawyer and i will be getting my money back they will be audited!!!!

This company is a rip off. They have long waiting periods. You have to wait two hours to even be asked what your going in for. The employees are so unprofessional. They sit and talk about personal things while they are "helping you". The insurance rates are outrages. Please do not call them to get a quote, make sure you go into there office, because once you go into the office the amount you have to pay is like 2 times higher. I hate this company and no I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!!

I have been there and they are fast and efficient. They beat the policy I had with geico by like $50! As long as I gave them all the information the quote was the same. They also insured a buddy of mine with a dui and gave him a great rate too. They have many people there to help you and I have recommended this insurance company to my family.
