Since 2009, Windows on Washington has done several projects for me, replacing all my windows, my front door, and air sealing my basement. Every project was done to my satisfaction. They are always responsive to my questions (and I had a lot), especially Eric, who is very knowledgeable about aspects of the products they use and the work they do. They are honest, fair, and trustworthy. Their after-service support, should you need it, is unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend Windows on Washington as the contractor of choice for all they do.

They do not service new customers in Washington, DC. They will also give suggestions on how to fix your existing windows. 1) Heat Control Window Film (If the room gets too hot) 2) UV Protectant Curtain that protect from the warm and cold weather (if the room gets too hot or too cold) 3) If the "dam leg" is bent use a hair dryer to heat it up and put it back in place. 4) Clean the insulation strip at the bottom of the window 5) My suggestion is to add a door draft stopper and close it into the window

I try to support small local business whenever I can, and I am glad I used Windows on Washington for my new windows. The process from the beginning to completion was very smooth, and I was particularly pleased with their install team. They answered all my questions, did everything very cleanly, were courteous, and stuck around to make sure I understood everything before leaving the premises. Some folks are quick to leave as soon as the work is done, that was not the case with Windows on Washington.

Good installation, competitive pricing, and service. We were getting new windows a few days before the due date of our first child. We must have mentioned it to WoW during the scheduling process; a few weeks after installation, they sent us a nice gift for the baby.
