Yay! No more "burning up" hard earned income on LP gas usage......really... Almost $5 a gallon?? Thanks to Rob and his staff for removing my 23 year old gas package unit today and replacing it with an all electric, Energy Star rated, 3 ton, Coleman split system. Their cleanliness, timeliness, professionalism and eagerness to exceed my expectations and desires is extremely unique, especially from what I have experienced with local HVAC contractors in the past. How many contractors do you know that would go out if their way to run a supply duct and vent directly over my work bench.....just because they thought I would appreciate it.....without billing me extra for it! Rob earned my trust over the past couple years as I contracted with him to provide miscellaneous repairs to the original unit. I tried my best to keep squeezing another year out of it. He is very responsive (always the same day) and cost conscience. He always provides what I request and never force feeds or tries to upsale. He is extremely social, knowledgeable and communicative. He is very receptive and willing to offer economical choices and suggestions. I highly recommend Climatize for ANY and ALL residential HVAC repairs, maintenance, and new equipment installations!!!

I finally found an ac technician I trust and I am spreading the word. I am thrilled to have found Climatize, they went through the whole system and ductwork. They showed us the problems. My technician physically showed me the problems and how to fix them. I am shocked the installer of the air conditioning system did not install the system properly.( I did try to call them and they would not come back out to check the system). I am also shocked that the other ac company I called out, twice, didnt catch the problem either. Climatize fixed the problem, I have no issues with my air conditioning. Finally...

I had them to install a new York heat pump, the system itself is doing great and keeping up with temperatures just fine. It is also very quite. When they were out, they were top notch, they worked steady throughout the day, started early and finished in the evening. Everything was cleaned up and left no trash, they were very on task. They were within my budget and there were no suprise add on cost. The whole operation was supervised and I am just plain impressed with the work ethic and team work.

Saved the day! Was waiting on the home warranty company to find an ac contractor for my area, (Tellico Village), that was actually going to fix my problem. Went through another company and still had a problem, they sent out Climatize, where Robert found a leak in the system and stayed and worked late to repair it. We will be calling them directly from now on, to much drama otherwise. Highly recommend them.

I have used this company for two different services. The first time was for my ac repair, where the technician was quick to show up and get us running. They installed a loaner motor until mine came in. I was having a birthday party, so we really needed the air. I also had them out to the air duct and vent cleaning. I have and will be recommending them, they are very impressive.

This company is by far the best overall HVAC that is in East Tennessee. They are honest people from owner to installation guys who come to your home and work on unit or even installing new one. They even came out on Labor day to install a fan for my fathers unit so he would not be without AC on such a hot day. You will not go wrong with using this company.

Great people who do great work! I had an air duct cleaning done to my place yday and boy did it need it. My place is now cleaner and I feel much better. Both these men showed up on time, got their job done quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend this great team to anyone with any HVAC and or air duct issues!
